Locating and developing a new restaurant and bar in an area already saturated with similar establishments was proving to be an overwhelming challenge.

Solution: We reviewed the existing competition and business circumstances for the desired area. We then developed a plan and solution for the investors that gave them an edge over other restaurants and created a financially stable income stream.

Day-to-day staffing was a concern for a well-established restaurant, and they were spending a top-heavy amount of time on it vs. other aspects of the business.

Solution:  We took over administration of staffing which relieved them to concentrate on their core competencies of delivering quality food and beverage service to their growing business. With our leadership, we helped them stay open and expand.
