Matt has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a guest service representative. He has always communicated the core principle of the importance of the associates and his philosophy of teamwork in order to deliver maximum value to key stakeholders. Matt is responsible for a wide variety of daily management functions, such as working with our properties to improve operating efficiencies, increase guest satisfaction, reduce expenses and boost revenues. Since earning his B.S. in Business Management, his expertise is in creating a positive winning culture and in driving forward-thinking strategic operations. His determination for efficiency and constant improvement keeps the Evolve Hospitality team moving in a positive direction. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and their three children. He is also very dedicated to coaching youth wrestling within his local community.
Ty’s business acumen started from a very young age. From ensuring each newspaper was delivered precisely where the subscriber requested to serving shoppers in the family grocery store, he’s focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Over the past 20 years, the values and principles Ty learned as a youth have guided his hospitality career. Combined with his experience, he helps ensure Evolve's businesses meet and exceed the expectations of our guests, brands and stakeholders by maximizing guest satisfaction as well as profitability. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties, along with procurement and technology support. In his free time, Ty enjoys exploring the country with his wife Jeanette and their two daughters.
